Turning Shared Goals into Practical Progress

Our programme priorities reflect the needs of a growing organic sector and the objectives set out in the Association’s memorandum.

01

Farmer Development and Training

We aim to organise workshops, seminars, study tours and learning opportunities with national and international institutions. These initiatives will support farmers, growers, manufacturers and other stakeholders in developing their knowledge of organic agriculture.

We also seek to encourage farmer associations and improve connections with suppliers of suitable organic inputs.

02

Sector Directory and Knowledge Sharing

We aim to develop a database of organic stakeholders, production areas and products across Pakistan.

This resource will support connections, improve the visibility of the sector and help identify opportunities for cooperation.

03

Markets and Supply Chains

Our objectives include strengthening links between producers and buyers and working towards organic farmers’ markets and stores in different cities.

We also seek to engage relevant authorities on suitable locations for regular organic markets and encourage opportunities for local trade and exports.

04

Research and Policy Engagement

We seek to work with agricultural research institutes and other stakeholders on proposals for a national organic agriculture programme.

Our advocacy priorities include constructive dialogue on national and provincial policies, laws and regulations relevant to organic agriculture and agricultural products.

05

Public Awareness and Community Outreach

We aim to share accessible information through events, publications, digital media and educational activities.

Our outreach will encourage greater understanding of organic agriculture and create opportunities for consumers and communities to participate.
